I wanted to buy a Hanukkah gift for someone. She explained to me that usually on Hanukkah kids get candy. It's not the huge thing that is Christmas. She's usually cold so I thought about buying her a pashmina shawl with candy. Something simple, something sweet and something useful. I ordered it from nomorerack and was excited to gift it.
When I got the package, I was so disappointed. The 'shawl' was actually a scarf and there was a snag. The color was also supposed to be black. The color of the scarf was navy blue.

Here's the deal. I'm not a watch or shoe aficionado. I can't tell you if nomorerack or the amazon dealer are reputable dealers. There have also been reviews that people who have purchased the watch from department stores and other retailers alike have experienced the plating rubbing off. Check out the reviews. There's an interesting difference between the Macy's price and the other prices offered online. Are any of you out there Michael Kors fans? Maybe you all can tell me the reason for the differences in price.

I'm not endorsing any of these sellers. I'm just giving you an idea of what the prices are like. This is only a random sampling that I chose and theses are how the prices worked out. Basically you can get better or lower prices elsewhere on certain items.
Anyway I decided to return the scarf and it took over 3 months for a refund and for them to find the scarf that was shipped. No joke, I sent the scarf back at the end of January and they still haven't sent a refund. So shop around before you purchase because Returns Are A MESS!
It wasn't until I said that I would complain about the service online that the problem was resolved in less than 48 hours. Honestly, I was just going to let it go, its just a scarf, but another package that I had mailed to someone from my home went missing and I didn't know if I was sending out packages incorrectly or what not.
I can not recommend this company to anyone neither will I shop there again. There is no telephone number that you can call so its basically sending emails back and forth. The customer service is poor and the company is very unorganized.
Also, because they took over 120 days to resolve the problem the money could not be returned to my credit card.
I just extremely annoyed with the whole thing.

Update: My refund was finally posted a few days ago. I did not even get the full refund for what I paid because the processor took out a percentage processing (It was almost a dollar. There was no need to argue over it). I was also not refunded for shipping. This really was the WORST experience I've ever had with an online company.
